Registered & Licensed Dietitian
Jessica’s passion for nutrition began early in life, inspired by personal family experiences. After losing her grandmother to complications from diabetes, she became deeply interested in how food impacts health and well-being. This passion led her to pursue her degree through the Coordinated Dietetics Program at Eastern Michigan University, where she completed both her academic training and dietetic internship. During that time, she also began working in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor—laying the foundation for her holistic, lifestyle-focused approach to wellness.
Jessica believes that small, consistent changes can lead to big results. Over her 20+ year career, she has worked with a wide range of clients—from new moms to retirees—and discovered that most people share a common goal: to feel better and live healthier. Her philosophy centers on building a positive relationship with food. She doesn’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” but instead encourages clients to focus on balance, variety, and mindful eating habits.
Jessica currently sees clients in Virginia and Maryland, as well as Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. She is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
She holds a certification in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and is a certified Lifestyle Coach through Emory University’s Diabetes Training and Technical Assistance Center. Beyond the clinic, Jessica loves bringing nutrition to life in the kitchen—teaching clients how to cook simple, nourishing meals that actually taste good.
