Registered & Licensed Dietitian
Jessica has had a passion for health and nutrition from a young age. Her grandmother passed away from diabetes complications, and that sparked an interest in how food can affect health and wellbeing. She was accepted into the Coordinated Dietetics Program at Eastern Michigan University, where she studied nutrition and did her internship, as well as started her career in the fitness field as a group exercise instructor.
Jessica feels that making small changes can add up to big results. She has worked with a wide variety of clientele, from new moms to retired professionals, and at their core, most people have the same goal - to feel better and improve their health. Her motto is that there is no such thing as a "bad" food , and everyone can create a healthy food relationship by focusing on how much and how often they eat all foods.
Jessica sees clients in Virginia & Maryland, as well as virtually in Arizona, California, Colorado, & Michigan. She is certified in Adult Weight Management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and is a Diabetes Training & Technical Assistance Training Lifestyle Coach through Emery University. Her passion for nutrition expands into the kitchen where she enjoys teaching clients to cook easy, healthy, and delicious meals.
